Physical Appearance: Hiroku has red hair that comes down about shoulder length. He has green eyes, but wears an eye patch over his right eye, to cover a scar he received at a young age. He has one earring on his left side. Along the right side of his neck, Hiroku has a special tattoo that only the seigou agents have, his has a dragon surrounding the number 17.

Personality: Cautious about people he doesn’t know. He follows orders given to him by a superior, even if he knows he could die by following them. Sometimes he can be a little overconfident in his abilities, but if he knows he will loose a fight he’ll die with honor. Outside of the seigou he can be kind, but since he’s never met anyone outside of the seigou he’s never expressed that side of himself.

Story/Bio: Hiroku grew up in Darkness, at a young age he was kidnapped by the organization known as the seigou. They also killed his family, but Hiroku learned later on that the same man who killed his parents was actually his older brother. Tsume Togatta, his brother trained Hiroku most of the blade art, he knew. Hiroku also later learned that his brother had developed a jutsu on how to be immortal. When Tsume found out his brother knew his secret he made Hiroku a lower agent so he couldn’t tell anyone else his weakness. Hiroku never lost respect for his brother though, because Tsume claimed to have saved him from the abuse of his parents, so Hiroku served his older brother obediently. Hiroku doesn’t agree with what the seigou and his brother does, but he is forced to serve his brother against his will. There was only one occassion where Hiroku tried to defy his brother, and that cost him the use of his right eye. There have also been other occassions where Tsume has tried to kill Hiroku.
