When training for jutsu you need to learn hand seals to obtain and learn the jutsu-
Information about Hand Seals and Jutsus-http://www.narutocentral.com/information/seals/
Then the players can learn hand seals, then excute their jutsu.

| Problem is that our users can make their own custom jutsus and whatnot, and we don't require them to have handseals. | |

| I kinda actually agree to some extent.
There should be some start off limit for jutsu's. So we dont have any over powered genin *COUGH TAKASHI COUGH* I'd say like 10 staring jutsu. Make some requierments for accepted jutsu >.> Then we can spend like stats to gain more jutsu. just my 2 cents again. | |
